Discover Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga – Harmony in Motion

Welcome to a sacred journey of inner alignment.

In this session, you’ll discover the roots of traditional Hatha Yoga merged with the dynamic flow of Ashtanga Yoga. Designed for those seeking both structure and vitality, this class guides you into strength, flexibility, balance, and peace.

Discover the balance between body and soul through the ancient roots of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.

These two traditional practices form the foundation of physical and spiritual transformation — a bridge between effort and surrender, movement and silence, discipline and devotion.

Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, breath, and mindful presence.

Through steady postures and conscious breathing, the body becomes strong, flexible, and balanced, while the mind gradually finds peace and clarity. It is the perfect practice for grounding, centering, and awakening the subtle flow of energy within.

Ashtanga Yoga, on the other hand, is a dynamic, flowing sequence that connects movement with breath in a meditative rhythm.

It builds endurance, detoxifies the body, and refines inner focus. Each movement becomes a prayer, each breath a return to the essence of being.

Together, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga offer a complete system for harmony — cultivating physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual awakening. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these sessions guide you to rediscover your natural strength and inner silence.

What Is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all physical yoga styles. It focuses on aligning the body, breath, and mind through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and deep relaxation. It is gentle yet profound—ideal for all levels, especially beginners or those seeking calm and grounding.

Hatha Yoga is not only a physical discipline — it is an energetic science that awakens and balances the two primal forces of life:

☀️ Ha, the solar energy — active, dynamic, and masculine.

🌙 Tha, the lunar energy — receptive, intuitive, and feminine.

When these two currents harmonize within the body, a new dimension of consciousness arises — the state of Yoga, meaning union.

Each posture, each breath, and each moment of stillness during Hatha practice becomes a key that unlocks the flow of prana, the vital life force.

This flow ascends through the seven main chakras, gently cleansing the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the self.

✨ The lower chakras ground us into stability and confidence.

✨ The heart chakra expands love and compassion.

✨ The higher centers open the gate to intuition, clarity, and divine awareness.

As balance is restored between the solar (Pingala) and lunar (Ida) channels, the central pathway (Sushumna Nadi) awakens — allowing energy to rise toward the crown, where silence meets infinity.

Through steady, conscious practice, Hatha Yoga purifies not only the body but also the mind and soul.

It brings light into every cell, discipline into every breath, and peace into every heartbeat.

“When breath flows, mind becomes still — and in that stillness, the true self is revealed.”

What Is Ashtanga Yoga?

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured practice that follows a specific sequence of postures, synchronized with breath (vinyasa). It builds strength, flexibility, discipline, and inner clarity. This class introduces the Primary Series and is suitable for those looking to develop a regular, transformative practice.

Ashtanga Yoga is a living meditation — a sacred dance between movement and breath that refines the body and awakens the soul.

Rooted in the ancient eight-limbed path (Ashta = eight, Anga = limbs), this practice leads the seeker from physical purification to spiritual liberation.

Every inhale draws prana — the vital force — into the body.

Every exhale releases what no longer serves.

Through this rhythmic breathing (Ujjayi pranayama), the mind becomes still and focused, while the inner fire (Agni) is kindled.

This fire is more than warmth — it is tapas, the sacred heat of transformation.

As it rises, it purifies the organs, burns emotional residues, and melts the barriers within the subtle body.

The body becomes light, the mind becomes sharp, and the heart expands into devotion.

The dynamic sequences of Ashtanga activate the energetic locks (bandhas) and the inner gaze (drishti), directing awareness inward.

Through these gateways, the practitioner refines sensitivity to subtle energy — and the entire being becomes a channel of consciousness in motion.

When practiced with dedication, Ashtanga Yoga transforms discipline into grace, structure into freedom, and movement into meditation.

It teaches that true strength is not in force, but in presence.

“Through fire, breath, and focus, the body becomes prayer — and the soul remembers its infinite light.”
